Placing an order

All items are handmade to order and work will commence on an order as soon as it is placed.  We aim to complete orders within 7 working days, but this may be extended during busy times.

Postage and delivery

We charge a flat rate postage of £3.50 per order, regardless of how many items you order.  All orders will be despatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so you will need to make sure that someone is at home to sign for your parcel.  We will send an email to you when your order is despatched.  We can also arrange to send your order to a work address if this is more convenient for you.

Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order either by cheque or by our secure checkout using PayPal.  Cheques are payable to R O'Brien and should be sent to us at 38 Darcy Gardens, Melton Mowbray, Leics, LE13 1GZ.  If paying by cheque, work will not commence on the order until the cheque has cleared.

Refunds

As all items are handmade to order, refunds are only offered where an item proves to be faulty.  In the case of a faulty item, we will offer a replacement or refund, less the cost of postage.  We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
